Our program model, “Pathways,” is a transformative year-long program offered to individuals from African American and Latinx communities. The program is designed to cultivate leadership qualities centered around mutual support, mutual accountability, and collaborative problem-solving and decision-making.

Participants in the Pathways program engage in a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing technical training. This dynamic approach equips participants with the practical skills and knowledge needed for success. Additionally, the program goes beyond academic training and includes developmental programming to nurture the overall well-being of participants. This includes instruction in meditation, self-care practices, critical thinking, and effective communication techniques.

We believe that investing in individuals over time is key to their long-term success. By providing extensive practice and support throughout the Pathways program, participants are better prepared for the workplace, and equipped with the necessary skills and experience to excel in the future.
